EXCEPTIONAL CONSOLE TABLE FROM THE GARNIER BREWERY, PARIS Two rectangular veneered wooden panels joined by a large glass panel, featuring an applied decoration of a vertical frieze in glass and gold leaf surmounted by a gilded bronze fruit basket; the slightly curved glass top rests on gilded bronze brackets decorated with roses, the base in curved wrought iron. Art Deco style, second half of the 20th century. Height: 193 cm; Total width: 280 cm; Depth: 35 cm. Width of a wooden panel: 80 cm. Width of the glass panel: 120 cm. Shows signs of wear; chips in the veneer. A slight chip to the central glass panel at the bottom right and to the glass top on the right. Electrical socket on one panel.
