GABRIEL DAVIOUD (1823–1881) VAL D’OSNE ARTISTIC FOUNDRY – BARBEZAT & C. DOUBLE PUBLIC BENCH, PARIS Cast iron, with openwork baluster brackets decorated with the coat of arms of Paris, foliage and palmettes. The inside of the brackets is marked ‘Barbezat & C’, ‘Val d’Osne’ and dated 1867 for one and 1874 for the other. Second Empire period. Height: 126 cm; Length: 180 cm; Width: 76 cm.
