- VILLE D'ORLEANS - Mandal rescue: Gazette des Absents No. 10 stamped with the Paris postmark of 23 November 1870, addressed to Brussels and bearing a red PD stamp. Arrived on 6 December.
- Delayed mail from the VILLE DE FLORENCE: 30c. brown on letter, star overpost on letter, franked with the Paris postmark of 24 Sept 70, addressed to Brussels. Arrived on 18 October.
