47 mm diameter yellow gold case, hallmark K18, white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the first dial on the left, and Arabic numerals for the one on the right, centre seconds, small seconds at six o'clock. The dials are independent. Back richly engraved with a large central horse on a guilloché background, dust cover with three holes, signed, movement with English anchor escapement, richly engraved throughout.
