In wooden box with label, "Photographe de Poche - Appareil Dubroni" set, 1st model, circa 1860. As is. N.B. Jean-Marie PRADES: Dubroni laboratory camera - 1860. The pocket photographer: 1st model with visible bottle. Round images 4 cm in diameter on a 5 x 5 cm plate. Lachenal lens. - On 21 May 1861, Jules Bourdin applied for a 15-year patent for a "photographic process". He christened his camera 'Dubroni', an anagram of his name, and revolutionised the world of photography, much to the delight of collectors today (...).
