New Gem camera (Simon Wing - Charleston - USA) in mahogany, 13 x 18, with front shutter release and viewfinder above. Engraved annotations "Pat. Apr. 1887". Circa 1901. 8 to 15 views on tintype plate. Whole format approximately 25 x 30.5 x 18 cm. Three "Nadar Breveté" stretchers are attached. Slight lack of wood, as is. N.B.
