A Louis XVI-period armchair in natural beech The backrest features a basket-handle design adorned with plumes and an interlaced frieze. It has cuffed armrests supported by acanthus-leaf-decorated armrest consoles. The trapezium-shaped belt, decorated with an interlaced pattern, is supported by a tapered, fluted and serrated turned base. Parisian craftsmanship from the Louis XVI period Height: 94 cm, Width: 66 cm, Depth: 59 cm Upholstered with jaconas and springs. Seat previously painted.
