Medallion ring, c. 1800. In 18-carat yellow gold (750) and silver. The medallion is in midnight-blue guilloché enamel, set with a crowned monogram adorned with rose-cut diamonds. Surrounded by fourteen rose-cut diamonds. Ring size: 59 Gross weight: 7.33 g. According to family tradition, this ring is said to have been presented by Napoleon to General Théodore François Millet following his exploits at the Battle of Zaragoza.
