28. A small Orientalist-style clock in onyx, gilded bronze and cloisonné enamel, attributed to the Crystal Staircase, dating from the second half of the 19th century Vase-shaped, the dial with enamelled numerals is set into the body, which features an ornate frame decorated with foliage friezes, scrollwork, a pedestal and a quadrangular base. (One hand missing, oxidation, slight wear, no key, no pendulum), 10cm wide, 10.5cm deep, 30cm high (3 1/2in wide, 4in deep, 11 1/2in high).
