90. A gilt-bronze clock depicting a young servant, first half of the 19th century
The white enamelled dial, featuring black Roman numerals for the hours, is flanked on either side by a young maid draped in the classical style holding a water jug, and a cup resting on a truncated column. Rectangular base. (Slight oxidation, damage to the dial, no key, no balance wheel, movement in need of servicing), 26.5cm wide, 11cm deep, 36.5cm high (10in wide, 4in deep, 14in high).
