99. A Louis XVI clock in white marble and gilt-bronze
The white enamelled dial, signed 'Gille à Paris', is set within the central latticework body, flanked on either side by columns adorned with garlands of flowers, whilst the upper section features a floral motif with a rectangular base. Slight oxidation, chips, no key, no balance wheel, signs of wear, movement in need of servicing, rear bezel missing), 29cm wide, 14cm deep, 46cm high (11in wide, 5 1/2in deep, 18in high).
