An 18-carat yellow gold (750) pocket watch, with a guilloché decoration featuring a floral medallion and garlands. The white enamelled dial displays the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals. The metal dust cover bears the inscription ‘CYLINDRE A HUIT RUBIS’, a blank cartouche and is numbered 18293 on the reverse.
Second half of the 18th century.
