Description
Grande Verrerie de CROISMARE. Table lamp, with a triangular patinated metal base adorned with fruit-shaped branches, and the upper section decorated with three swirls. The lampshade features a central navel and is made of marbled glass in shades of orange and blue. Signed GV CROISMARE (scratches and small chips). 1919–1933. Height: 41 cm Founded by the Muller brothers and based in Croismare near Lunéville, the glassworks bearing this signature specialised exclusively in lighting. It closed in 1934, one year after being acquired by Daum. Lot from a voluntary sale.
