PENDANT SEAL.
Made of silver-plated metal, with a lyre-shaped handle featuring a
scallop shell; the oval-shaped die is engraved with a
coat of arms belonging to a noble French family, depicting
an oval shield divided into two sections, the upper part featuring three
inverted gold chevrons set against a sable background, the lower part
adorned with a blooming rose on an azure background,
bearing the motto ‘SINE FUCO ORIENS’.
Signs of age, minor damage to the hinge.
