ATTRIBUTED TO ANTONIO CAVALLUCCI (1752–1795).
The Holy Family.
Oil on canvas, set in an antique
carved and gilded wooden frame.
Visible dimensions: H: 75 cm - W: 61 cm.
Good condition.
History: this work was formerly attributed to Conca, as indicated by
the Latin inscription on the reverse of the frame, and also to Pompeo Batori,
as noted on the plaque at the bottom of the frame, which is also an incorrect
attribution of this work.
