Set comprising two glazed earthenware goblets in
blue and grey and two glazed earthenware plates in
sky blue and green, a commemorative souvenir of the coronation
of Emperor Nicholas II, celebrated in Moscow on 14 May 1896,
decorated with the coat of arms of the city of Moscow in relief, depicting
Saint George slaying the dragon beneath an imperial crown
framed by two laurel garlands held in place by a
ribboned bow and flanked by the monograms of Emperor
Nicholas II and his wife, Empress Alexandra
Feodorovna. Signs of age, minor imperfections.
