LARGE BOWL AND SERVING SPOON.
Round and domed in shape, made of Karelian birch, decorated
with a vermeil border featuring a frieze of flowers and
leafy arabesques in polychrome cloisonné enamels on
a gold amati background. It comes with a serving spoon also
carved from Karelian birch, adorned with a vermeil band
decorated with a cloisonné polychrome enamel motif.
Signs of age, minor imperfections, but in good overall condition.
Hallmark: 84, Moscow, before 1896.
Silversmith’s mark: illegible.
