Curved blade with fine cutler’s mark featuring a pike, a cap and ‘PIERRE HE…’ Leather scabbard with three composite brass fittings. Length: 75 cm. E.M. (Guard arms missing). -1790-type briquet sabre. Copper-plated brass mountings, single-bar guard, without earpieces. Curved blade with a fuller and traces of engraving. Later leather scabbard with two fittings and a copper-plated brass button. Length: 78 cm. -An XI model sabre. Bronze guard marked with the 8th Legion of the National Guard and dated ‘U1837’ on the quillon. Blade (pitted) with traces of markings. Date: July Monarchy period.
