1822-type cavalry officer’s sabre. Horn hilt with filigree. Brass mountings, four-pronged guard decorated with laurel leaves.
Blade featuring a silver star (one star missing; a later addition). Curved blade with a flat back and hollow edges. Iron sheet scabbard with a single ferrule (oxidised), pommel monogrammed ‘AR’.
Length: 100.5 cm. Presented with a modern-made sword strap.
