Description
A wall-mounted shrine, patinated wood, fitted with brass and cabochons. Gothic Revival, circa 1900. A shrine or reliquary consisting of a wall console surmounted by a cabinet. The top is finished with brass and cabochons, and features a mounted crucifix. Furthermore, richly finished with patinated and gilded decorative elements. The interior is richly patinated and gilded. At the bottom, there is a small compartment for storing documents. Gothic Revival, circa 1900. (69 x 143 x 20 cm)
