Jean Ausloos (1899-1970) a chalice with paten, silver and gilded silver, Romanesque style. Silver and gilded silver. Chalice, Romanesque style. Hammered base, decorated with Chi Rho and Alpha-Omega monogram. Node, decorated with Pelican with Chicks, Bread and Fish, and Saint Norbert. Patene (D: 14.5 cm). Chalic is marked 'J. Ausloos - Heverlee' at the bottom, for Jean Ausloos (1899-1970), Leuven. Circa 1930. Total gross weight (excl. paten): 471 g. (14.2 x 16 x 0 cm)
