Pierre Jean De Keyser (active 1806-1844) a silver chalice, with Lamb of God, Eye of God and Pelican with Chicks, Silver. Silver and gilded silver. Silver chalice, with vermeil cup. Decorated with Agnus Dei, Pelican with Chicks and Eye of God. Finished with grapevines and acanthus leaves. Dated 1838 on the base. Baroque style. Silver hallmarked. Grade marked with Double Janus for 833/1000, period 1832-1869, Belgium. Maker's mark for Pierre Jean De Keyser, active 1806-1844, Brussels. Total gross weight: 535 g. (13.5 x 26 x 0 cm)
