A Silver Altar crucifix, with faceted glass and cabochons, in its original case. Germany, 1990. Silver, 1,077 kg. Silver. Altar crucifix with an eight-pointed base. Richly decorated with cabochons, pearls, and faceted glass. Mounted on the base with a miniature Corpus Christi. Silver hallmarked. Grade marked 925, for 925/1000, and the crescent moon and crown mark (Germany, post-1888). Maker's mark for Rolf-Wolfgang Formans (XX-XXI). Dated 1990. In the original case (H: 46.6 cm x W: 22.5 cm x D: 23.5 cm). Total gross weight: 1,077 kg. (17.5 x 41 x 13.5 cm)
