Description
Flintlock pistol with lancet bayonet under barrel. Modified percussion, squared wooden stick in the shape of drop of water. The mechanism needs to be revised: a shock seems to have twisted the stock fixing, which was remedied by a home-made modification. Hammer screw replaced, hammer broken in the percussion area; the chimney is missing. 14.5mm calibre at the muzzle. 23 cm long including 12 cm octagonal barrel. 11cm bayonet extended (with intact mechanism and functional bolt). A trap door in the shape of scallop shell contains a housing for the wadding in the buttstock. The sides of the lock are engraved with floral motifs.
