[EMAUX] Jean PETITOT - Les émaux de Petitot au Musée impérial du Louvre Blaisot, Paris, 1862 - A very good copy of the first edition of this reference work on the "Raphael of enamel painting", illustrated with 50 magnificent portraits engraved by Ceroni in medallions. Each portrait is accompanied by a note. A good copy in a period binding, half blue morocco with corners, slight rubbing and slight blemishes at the corners but not serious, some foxing, spine a little faded. Nice folio format.
