[ARCHITECTURE] TURPIN DE CRISSE - Souvenirs du vieux Paris, examples of architecture from various times and styles Imprimerie Duverger, Paris, 1833-1835 - Superb publication consisting of illustrated notes on various places, the very large folio copy is well bound in a late 19th century half calf binding with corners, richly decorated smooth spine, minor rubbing (corners a little dented), in good condition overall. The interior is fresh despite some foxing, generally in the margins. Contains 3 different title pages, the first and third dated 1833 and the second dated 1835, and 32 magnificent lithographed plates on Chine monté. An amusing feature is that the plates signed with the numeral T.T. have the particularity of being signed in different decorative elements of the plates.
