[VOYAGES] FREZIER - Relation du voyage de la mer du sud aux côtes du Chily et du Perou fait pendant les années 1712, 1713, 1714 Nyon, Didot et Quillau, Paris, 1732 - Second edition of this work, with a 63-page supplement containing a reply by Frezier to the criticisms of Father Feuillée. The first part of this book gives an account of the voyage from France to around Cape Horn, the second part deals with the voyage along the coasts of Chile and Peru, describing the main towns. Illustrated and complete with 22 maps and plans, including 16 fold-outs, and 15 illustrations showing the flora and fauna of the region as well as the indigenous people, making a total of 37 copper-engraved plates.
