COLBERT, Jean-Baptiste (1619-1683), principal minister of Louis XIV, known as "le Grand Colbert". Signed document. 20 March 1678. 3 pp. large in-4 on parchment. A repeated lack to the two leaves without gravity. Interesting decree relating to the pension issued by the King to Guillaume de Brisacier, secretary of the commands of Queen Marie-Thérèse of Austria. Brisacier had a rich art collection.
