GAUL - CELTIC Bituriges Cubes. Quinar, Class III, uninscribed with a sword, variant 1 with the ND pentagram (late first third of the 1st century BC and the Gallic Wars). LT.4097 - DT.3435; Silver - 1.92 g - 16.5 mm - 9 h Off-centre strike on a wide, partially thin flan. Very Fine to Superb. These coins, traditionally attributed to the Bituriges, are stylistically similar on the obverse but varied on the reverse. The stylistic links with the coinage attributed to the Lemovices are quite striking. The hypothesis of multiple mints was previously proposed by D. Nash and S. Scheers and subsequently confirmed by L.-P. Delestrée in the *Nouvel Atlas*
