Minor dents on the scrolls. Superb. The OAS, Organisation Armée Secrète, was a clandestine French politico-military organisation created to defend the French presence in Algeria. The Delta commandos were its armed wing. This hand-crafted cast pays tribute to Lieutenant Degueldre, founder of the Delta commandos, and to the three other members of the OAS who were actually sentenced to death and shot (out of the 41 people sentenced to death).
