Kienast 156; Iron - 59.79 g - 55.5 mm - 12 h From a Baldwin's 90 sale on 24 September 2014, No. 2111. from the Pierre-René Bauquis collection. Medal presented in an illustrated cardboard case (damaged), with description in English. A few light traces of rust only on the edge. Superb. By Karl Goetz, medallist who produced a series of 82 satirical medals on the First World War. This propaganda medal bears the date 5 May, whereas the ship was sunk on 7 May.
