G.443 / G.448 - Théret et Taillard 1027-2802.COP ; Pewter - 5.8 g - 23 mm - 6 h From the collections of Baron Philippe de Ferrari de la Renotière, then Virgil M. Brand, Schulman sale, 1932, no. 3882, then the collection of King Farouk of Egypt, Sotheby's sale, February 1954, no. 2181 (lot) and finally the R. Margolis collection, Stack's Bowers sale, August 2024, session E, no. 43417. Surprisingly, this assemblage is not unique and is listed at Théret et Taillard from another example sold at CGB. The date on the reverse is faded. With a light grey patina.
