Ruby-red field decorated with stylised palmette, flower and foliage motifs, featuring a very large central ivory medallion forming the main field, decorated with polychrome floral garlands and adorned with a second central midnight-blue medallion featuring a mosaic of stylised diamond-shaped flowerssurrounding a floral wreath.
