Description
Napoleon I, Emperor of the French (1769–1821). Whistle carved from blackened wood and bone, depicting the sovereign on horseback, in a three-quarter pose, on a square base adorned with imperial eagles linked by laurel garlands. One part is missing. 19th-century French work. Restored, but in good overall condition. H.: 20 cm.
