ROYAL COURT OF GREAT BRITAIN.
A set of 51 lunch menus served at Balmoral Castle
for the table of King George V of Great Britain
(1865–1936), dating from 15 August 1910 to 10 September 1928,
handwritten text in French on card stock, gilt edges,
surmounted by the sovereign’s interlaced monogram G. V. R.
(George V Rex) in gold letters beneath the English royal crown.
Some foxing, but in good overall condition.
