Round barrels with flat sides at the breech, hallmarked, including one by the gunsmith Leclerc; round-bodied locks signed ‘BOUTET Arquebusier de MONSIEUR à VERSAILLES’ and swan-neck hammers (one previously repaired); bassinets with spark guards; fittings in chiselled and engraved iron featuring medallions, foliage and flaming urns; trigger guard engraved “No. 1”
