NEVERS Lot comprising:A plate with a curved rim, featuring a revolutionary polychrome design comprising a central coat of arms bearing the inscription ‘W la liberté’ above a burning heart, flanked by six flags and a lictor’s fasces topped with a cap framed by two axes. The rim is decorated with a frieze of flowers and motifs. 18th century (minor chips, flaking and loss of glaze on the rim).Diameter: 22.5 cm. A similar example can be found in C.
