NEVERS Lot comprising: A plate with a curved rim, featuring a revolutionary polychrome decoration of two palm fronds joined by a ribbon, surmounted by the inscription ‘Liberté’ within a wreath of flowers in the centre and alternating garlands on the rim. 18th century (chips and pitting on the rim). Diameter: 23 cm. Similar examples can be found in C.
