NEVERS Lot comprising:Plate with a curved rim, featuring a revolutionary polychrome decoration in the centre depicting a drape surmounted by a canopy held in place by ribbons bearing the inscription ‘LA LOI ET LE ROI’ (The Law and the King) between three fleurs-de-lis within a laurel wreath, and a frieze of floral scrolls around the rim.18th century (minor chips and loss of glaze on the rim).
