Five-compartment inro in gold lacquer, with aogai mother-of-pearl inlay depicting cherry blossoms. Wooden netsuke depicting a smiling Hotei (one of the seven gods of good fortune).
Bears an inscription on the inside: Hôkyô Kôrin, for Ogata Kôrin (1658–1716).
