A Restoration-period clock in bronze and gilded bronze depicting the Virgin and Child seated on a rocky outcrop, with a stepped plinth decorated at the corners with two cherubs, a frieze of half-flowers; the lower section is in the Neo-Rocaille style, decorated with a cartouche, acanthus leaves and shells. It rests on a wooden plinth decorated with a marquetry panel depicting flowers. Comes with its key, but without its globe. 40 x 31 x 11 cm excluding the plinth. Minor wear and some missing parts
