Jean Bronzet was a painter of religious compositions and portraits from Marseille, a pupil of Augustin Aubert and director of the Marseille School and Museum from 1810 to 1845.
Marc-Antoine du Cayla de Montblanc was born in Saint-Chély, a commune of Montpellier. He was mayor of Aumont-Aubrac in 1792 and commanded the town's national guard. He was made a knight of the Legion of Honour in 1833 and was deputy for Lozère from 1831 to 1834.
