The plates in this album, printed in four-colour process or using early offset techniques, cannot be regarded as mere reproductions; they bring together exceptional paintings and drawings produced mainly between 1920 and 1929. This constitutes a sort of synthesis of the first major Moroccan chapter in Majorelle’s oeuvre.
