Description
A gilded, patinated and chiselled bronze clock depicts a milkmaid with her whip on horseback. The horse is made of patinated bronze with gilded hooves. In a basket, it carries a milk churn, inside which the movement is housed.
White enamel dial with slight chips around the winding holes. Gilded bronze flower-shaped hands. Strikes the hours and half-hours on a gong. Suspended by a silk thread.
The base features relief carvings: a churn, a cow and a scene of milk tasting.
It rests on four disc-shaped feet.

Comes with its key.
