Salvador DALI (1904‒1989). The Oak and the Reed. Drypoint engraving on Arches vellum, enhanced with stencil colours, signed in the lower right-hand corner and numbered 4/250 in ‘Jésus’ format. Plate from the famous series created by Dalí, ‘La Fontaine’s Bestiary, Dalinised’, published by Robert Mouret, Éditions des Maîtres Contemporains, Agay, Saint-Raphaël, 1976. Dimensions of the sheet: 762 × 566 mm. Dimensions of the print: 575 × 395 mm. Its certificate of authenticity is enclosed. The copper plates were drilled after printing, as indicated on the certificate. In perfect condition.
