TABLE CENTREPIECE
In silver, surmounted by a cane-holder supporting a cup engraved and openworked with floral motifs. The surround is adorned with four supports decorated with ram’s heads, comprising a salt cellar, a pepper pot, an oil cruet and a crystal vinegar cruet, interspersed with female figures carrying twisted silver baskets. The legs and base are richly decorated with acanthus leaves.
Austro-Hungarian work from the first half of the 19th century.
