Virgin Mary seated in prayer, hands clasped, gazing heavenwards, in wood sculpted in the round, polychrome and gold. She is dressed in a long gold dress covering her hair, which falls to her feet in a corolla, and a long dark blue veil decorated with stylised back brocades (fleurs-de-lis, floral motifs), which returns to the front as an apron. The statue rests on a polygonal base imitating stone.
