DEBAT-PONSAN Édouard Bernard (1847-1913). Young peasant woman sowing while watching her herd of cows in front of wild flowers. Oil on canvas, signed. Size: 50 x 65 cm. In its beautiful period frame in stuccoed and gilded wood (small missing parts). Provenance: private collection. This work is fully in keeping with the regionalist and social vein of the painter, who was born in Toulouse but was deeply attached to the Pau region.
