Lot comprising : -A white jade fibula in the form of a dragon's head, carved in high openwork relief with a chilong dragon biting into a lingzhi mushroom. China 18th/19th century L. 8,2 cm - a small pale celadon jade carved in the shape of a young boy holding a lotus flower with its leaf. China, late Qing dynasty L. 4.2 cm LM Provenance : Acquired by French engineer and diplomat Henri Maux (1901-1950) during his mission to China between 1945 and 1949 (between Shanghai, Nanjing and Hong Kong), and remained in his family ever since. [2]
