A curved chest of drawers in veneered wood, decorated with marquetry depicting flowering branches and birds within frames of Greek fretwork and clasp motifs. It opens to reveal two drawers without a crossbar and stands on curved legs. Beautiful ornamentation of chiselled and gilded bronze, including foliage-decorated finials, spurs and apron, and handle pulls.
Top in Aleppo breccia marble.
Louis XV period.
